Always a great experience when purchasing, but recently experienced their customer support which I was very happy with. They were happy to test the fitment with some of their parts and the returns process was very easy when I ended up with a part that had a manufacturer issue (sizing was far tighter than normal). Quick turn around for responses and very friendly.

Great pre and after sales service. Always looks after us as customers and resolved any issues in a reasonable way.

I had an issue with one of the new GBBR’s charging handles and I sent an email to them regarding this broken part and I received a very quick reply from them, they asked for photos of the part and the issue. They went away tested some parts for me and sent a replacement part for free without any further issues or questions, they even offered the same level of service should any other issues arise later. so I am very happy with their service and help!

I have bought a few things from ihobby. Delivery was very fast. I had issues with a gelsoft grenade and wanted to return the item for a replacement. Their correspondence was swift and offered a great solution I was happy with. They seem to care about their customers. They have great deals and I’ll do business with them into the future.
