1. What should I do if the product I received doesn’t work?

Please email us with photo as in most cases the issue can be easily solved by setup. We try to solve the issue as soon as possible so you can get your hobby running again.

2. Return / Refund / Complain

Please contact us before returning any items, items returned without our confirmation will not be accepted.

All return requests must be made within 30 days of arrival.

We do not accept return for used items.

After receiving the returned items, we will send them back to the supplier for inspection. If they are in new condition with all accessories included, we will refund the full item price. Please note the buyer will need to pay for both shipping and return shipping costs, which are not refundable.

All defective items will be replaced/repaired by identical items only.

Buyer is responsible for shipping or return shipping costs in all cases.
