1. What should I do if the product I received doesn’t work?

Please email us with photo as in most case the issue can be easily solved by setup. We try to solve the issue as soon as possible so you can get your hobby running again.

2. Return/Refund/Complain

Please contact us before returning any items, items returned without our confirmation will not be accepted.

All return requests must be made within 30 days of arrival.

We do not accept return for used items.

After receiving the returned items, We will send it back to supplier for inspection. If it is in new condition with all accessories included, we will refund the full item price. Please note buyer will need to pay for both shipping and return shipping cost and these costs are not refundable.

All defective items will be replaced/repaired by identical items only.

Buyer is responsible for shipping or return shipping cost in all cases.

    Very nice build quality, nylon feels very sturdy. Naturally it’s quite top heavy but with a mag inserted balances out nicely.
    Mags are good quality too, there’s a plate on the base that slides of, similarly to a PMag, this allows the inside to slide out the bottom giving easy access to cleaning and maintenance.
    Performance wise mine only avg 188 FPS, this is understandable with such a small cylinder and barrel, but this is a laser out to about 15m, perfect for cqb or as a sidearm. The hopup isn’t adjustable but it seems to be set just right.
    My only gripe is the battery situation, the space is incredibly small and the 11.1v battery barely fits. The battery is actually a decent one though.

    All in all it’s a good little unit.
