1. What should I do if the product I received doesn’t work?
Please email us with a photo. In most cases, the issue can be resolved through setup so you can get your hobby running again quickly.

2. Return / Refund / Complain
Please contact us before returning any items. Items returned without confirmation will not be accepted.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of arrival.
We do not accept returns for used items.
Returned items will be inspected by the supplier. If in new condition with all accessories included, a full refund will be issued.
Buyer is responsible for shipping and return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
All defective items will be replaced or repaired with identical items only.
