| Always a great experience when purchasing, but recently experienced their customer support which I was very happy with. They were happy to test the fitment with some of their parts and the returns process was very easy when I ended up with a part that had a manufacturer issue (sizing was far tighter than normal). Quick turn around for responses and very friendly. |

| I had an issue with one of the new GBBR’s charging handles and I sent an email to them regarding this broken part and I received a very quick reply from them, they asked for photos of the part and the issue. They went away tested some parts for me and sent a replacement part for free without any further issues or questions, they even offered the same level of service should any other issues arise later. so I am very happy with their service and help! |
