1.What should I do if the product I recieved doesn't work ?
Please email us with photo as in most case the issue can be easily solved by setup. We try to solve the issue as soon as possible so you can get your hobby running again.
Please contact us before returning any items, items returned without our confirmation will not be accepted.
All return request must be made within 30 days of arrival.
We do not accept return for used items.
After receiving the return items, We will send it back to supplier for inspection. If it is in new condition with all accessories included, we will refund full item price. Please note buyer will need to pay for both shipping and return shipping cost and these costs are not refundable.
All defective items will be replaced/repaired by identical items only.
Buyer is responsible for shipping or return shipping cost in all cases.
Please remember to write down the sender's detailed address when returning the parcel to be match the order. If not, the parcel will be rejected.
